Fiorano Modenese, May 28 – Clerkenwell Design Week 2025 has just wrapped up in London, registering over 1,500 visits to the Caesar Urban Lab London. This result confirms the solid presence of the Italian brand in one of the world’s main architecture capitals and strengthens its dialogue with the design and architecture community.

Caesar’s participation developed around the theme Essence of Italy, a common thread that guided events and installations, expressing not just an aesthetic but a way of conveying material and design through Italian sensibility: attention to detail, dialogue between tradition and innovation, and care for the sensory experience. This approach is part of the broader strategic campaign Exploring Material, which reflects the brand’s vocation to go beyond the traditional limits of porcelain stoneware and reveal its full creative and applicative potential.

Within this context, the launch of the new CiViC collection was a central moment. The project explores and redefines the concrete-look in an architectural key, through three variants inspired by the influences of industrial ecobrutalism—a style that combines elements of brutalism, industrial design, and ecological awareness. CiViC thus becomes part of Caesar’s broader innovation journey in recent years, further expanding the creative possibilities available to designers.

Enriching the London days was a calendar of experiential events that turned the Caesar space into a place of exchange and inspiration: Italian Street Food with a food truck offering Italian culinary specialties; Live Art Performance by Ukrainian artist Nataliya Revonyuk, who created a live painting on Caesar surfaces; creative workshops with activities like making decorative cushions and floral compositions guided by florist Liliane Verderocce; and finally, evening moments of socialization with DJ sets and Spritz Parties.

With this edition, Caesar confirms its ability to interpret the needs of contemporary design, offering the international audience not only ceramic surfaces, but also content, connections, and creative stimuli that expand the horizons of material.
