The British capital once again proved to be the ultimate skyline for new trends relating to the world of design and architecture. The tenth edition of Clerkenwell Design Week attracted visitors from all over the world who are interested and intrigued by new style trends in the field of contemporary design. A fourth consecutive participation for Ceramiche Caesar sees the firm consolidate its presence in the English district. Confirmation that is also seen in the level of appreciation shown towards the ceramics ideas and solutions presented by the Fiorano Modenese firm. From 21 to 23 May, Caesar welcomed more than 1000 visitors to its Urban Lab showroom in London, guests keen to see the latest, and exclusively Made in Italy ceramics products. The “Cut out for design!” event highlighted the advantages that make porcelain tile the ideal material for the most contemporary design projects. Clerkenwell Design Week also served to showcase the new Hike and Clash collections, presented for the first time in Europe, as well as products launched at Cersaie 2018, contributing to making the London showroom the shop window of reference for sector professionals. Against this professional backdrop, enriched with a full programme of musical and gastronomic events, ceramics played a starring role, perfectly integrating their material value with the convivial spirit that enlivens the London district. Thanks to Street Live Circus Performances, Urban Lab was transformed into a stage, on which different circus shows each highlighted a specific advantage of Caesar porcelain tiles. Opportunities to share, designed for and with the district, which reached a peak with the private Cocktail Party of 22 May. During the event, Urban Lab became an ideal meeting and discussion point for professionals in the Clerkenwell community; guests were able to share in the pleasure of Italian food by Danilo Cortellini, chef at the Italian embassy in London, enjoy a special raffle, and cover the very latest topics in the world of interior design, accompanied by music from DJs in a distinctly informal setting.
