Caesar Ceramics surfaces organize indoor and outdoor spaces through material continuity
David di Monte Roberto is located within a commercial building developed in phases in the municipality of Monte Roberto, in the Marche region, and represents its functional completion. The development process was completed in 2025 with the opening of a new fitness facility built by Panatta. The project defines a contemporary training environment, shaped by the coherent use of Caesar surfaces that support intensive daily use and long-term operational requirements.
Join: stylistic versatility of the concrete–resin effect
The ceramic surfaces ensure a unified identity for indoor spaces, outdoor areas, and transition zones, allowing functional differences to be expressed within a shared architectural language. The Join collection, born from a design concept that merges concrete and resin effects, structures this system, guaranteeing technical performance and visual continuity across environments with different requirements.
Indoor spaces
The common indoor areas are paved with Join Chimney 60×60 Soft. The surface establishes a measured and neutral base, suitable for high-traffic areas and functional in terms of spatial legibility and ease of maintenance. The shower areas feature Join Chimney 60×60 Matt Touch Plus R10B, selected for its suitability for wet environments, while maintaining chromatic consistency and meeting specific functional requirements.

Changing rooms and services
The women’s changing rooms also use Spice 60×120 Soft as wall cladding accents, while the men’s changing rooms adopt Verve 60×120 Soft, helping to characterize the spaces with warmth and a contemporary feel. Areas intended for guests and staff follow the same logic with Levity 60×120 Soft applied to vertical surfaces. Each variant fits into a shared chromatic and material framework, introducing differentiation through nuance and modulation.

Outdoor areas
The terraces are finished with Levity 60×120 Grip Touch Plus R11 C, capable of meeting the performance requirements of outdoor spaces while maintaining visual continuity with the interiors. Vertical connection elements further reinforce this coherence through staircases clad in Chimney 33×120 special pieces, combining material precision with construction efficiency.

The active role of ceramics
Conceived as the final phase of a complex commercial development, David di Monte Roberto demonstrates how Caesar surfaces can organize complex programs through coherence, adaptability, and technical rigor. The project assigns an active architectural role to the material, capable of connecting different functions and supporting durability, spatial clarity, and continuous use within a contemporary commercial context.
