How do materials taste? With the fourth chapter of the art project The Instant of Change, design becomes edible. The Caesar Urban Lab in Milan hosted the art project by food designer Alessandra Pallotta, in which the colours of the materials of Caesar and the other brands hosted in the showroom merged into a series of original sugar sculptures. The artistic research was also inspired by the colours of the Join collection, adding further energy to the launch of the collection.
