ExpoForum International is the largest trade-fair and meeting centre in North-Western Russia. Spread over a total area of 50 hectares, it was first opened in 2014, with three pavilions for a total covered surface of 40,000mq, a congress centre, two hotels, a business centre, car park and custom facilities and other important services.

In the near future, a general expansion of the centre is expected, including more pavilions and car parks. The purpose of ExpoForum International is that of hosting major national and international events, encouraging the development of economic relationships in Saint Petersburg and all across Russia.

In this context of large-scale building and development projects, Ceramiche Caesar gave its contribution with the supply of 40,000m² of porcelain tiles that were used in all the main areas of the exhibition centre. Coordinated by architect Sergey Alexandrovich Trofimov, Trofimov architect?s studio in Saint Petersburg, Caesar covered the spaces of the congress centre, the press and media centre, the stairs, the hall, pathways, the restaurant, the service and children area, bathrooms.

Various collections have been used for this important project: from the ceramic interpretation of six natural stones of the Absolute collection to the minimal look typical of contemporary architecture of the More series, the essential and alluring graphics of cement-look porcelain of Gate and the refined effect of brilliant colours and textures of Flair.7, the evolved gres porcelain with marble-effect of the Tecnolito series and the intense plain tints with oak wood effect of the Root collection.
