Urban residential Los Altos, California

L’alto valore tecnico ed estetico delle soluzioni in gres porcellanato made in Italy di Caesar arriva anche in America, all’interno di una Corte residenziale a Los Altos, in California, nella contea di Santa Clara.

The high technical and aesthetic value of Caesar Made in Italy porcelain tile solutions have now arrived in the USA, at the heart of a residential Court in Los Altos, Santa Clara County, California.. The modern history of Los Altos dates back to 1906, when a group of friends led by one of the managers at Southern Pacific Railroad, Paul Shoup, acquired 140 acres of land from Sarah Winchester, the widow of the inventor of the famous rifle of the same name, so that they could build a new railway line. Since then Los Altos has undergone considerable development that peaked just after the end of the Second World War, when it became the eleventh largest town in Santa Clara County. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Los Altos, the residential building expresses the new trends of contemporary architecture and includes extremely functional communal areas. Caesar supplied the materials for the outdoor paving, thanks to the beauty and appeal of the Aextra20 series. Aextra20 is the system of monolithic porcelain slabs with a premium thickness of 20mm created by the CaesarTech Solutions department and designed for outdoor application. Perfectly squared and rectified in size 60x60 cm and with an anti-slip finish, the Aextra20 slabs share the same characteristic features of all porcelain tiles by Caesar, namely tremendous resistance, a broad range of colours and trims as well as versatility during installation. To recall the aesthetic look of the Court and the landscape of the town, Aextra20 was chosen in the two different natural interpretations of stone and wood look. With Roxstones Aextra20 , in Silver Gray, Caesar offers the intensity and strength of natural quartzite in ceramic, with the addition of further thickness and functionality. Life, in 20mm thickness and in the Oak colour offers all the warmth of natural wood combined with outstanding performance of porcelain tiles, guaranteeing the best aesthetic and technical advantages of ceramics.

Marble look - a contemporary classic

Today more than ever, in a time of uncertainty, having a home that fulfills the role of a cozy retreat and that is at the same time an expression of our personality and our needs is really important.

Renewing and rethinking your spaces, however, often turns out to be anything but simple.

The cyclical return of trends, specific moods and the consequent reinterpretation of styles and influences of the past in a current key, are dynamics that have always belonged to the world of fashion, but also interior design has subsequently welcomed and interpreted them with extreme naturalness: it is becoming increasingly common to come across residential or commercial projects in which the boundaries between classic and contemporary are far from defined, paving the way for contamination and eclectic mix of trends - and eras - apparently at the antipodes.
