Ceramiche Caesar

Milan, April 2015. The inauguration of one of this year’s most eagerly awaited international events, Expo 2015, the exhibition that takes place in Milan from May 1 to October 31 2015, is fast approaching. The influential world-wide shop window where, for six months, countries will be able to showcase the very best of their technology, created to meet the ever-increasing needs for healthy food and respect for the environment and the world’s delicate eco-system.

Once again, the expertise, versatility and innovation as well as the role of benchmark player for modern and cutting-edge architecture projects, make the Caesar porcelain tile collections the protagonists at Expo 2015, where the company will be present on three pavilions.

Of these, the partnership with Eataly represents the perfect tie-up between two highly successful companies that share the Made in Italy excellence. Caesar will supply its porcelain tiles for the 18 "regional" restaurants that Eataly created in the "Il ristorante delle biodiversità regionali" pavilion.

Three avant-garde collections that will decorate Eataly spaces: Trace, with an exclusive and precious look recalling tarnished metal and matt cement for an elegant ceramic surface that evokes the majestic architecture of the past; the great sculptural works that marked the history of Italian art are the inspiration behind Anima, the ceramic interpretation of marble in 6 different versions and with 3 surface finishes. The "unique" product for contemporary projects is One, the result of in-depth research on materials and their sensations that led to the merger of porcelain tiles with elements so typical of tradition, such as terracotta and cement.
